These terms apply to every purchase from this store, operated by Arc Commerce LLC, Arizona. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we refund any payment in full.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout before tax and shipping.

Product information. Each product page lists the specifications published for that model. If a detail you need is missing, message us and we will check before you order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the finished product.

Shipping, returns and warranty. Our shipping policy, refund policy and warranty are part of these terms.

Use of batteries. Charge our lights with a USB cable and a standard USB charger, and follow the care notes on each product page.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
