Shipping Policy

This policy covers every order placed on Oak & Lumen, operated by Arc Commerce LLC.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays), then spend 6 to 11 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of purchase, including processing time. The delivery window is shown on every product page and at checkout.

Where orders ship from

Most items ship from our fulfillment partners in China. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 pay a flat $4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to the United States.

Orders with more than one item

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number, and there is no extra charge.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, contact us and we will replace or refund it. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we contact you to arrange reshipping.
