Warranty

Every product sold by Oak & Lumen is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from Arc Commerce LLC, starting on the date your order is delivered.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• LEDs that stop working.
• A battery that stops holding a charge in normal use.
• Touch controls, buttons, switches or charging ports that stop working.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts or accidents.
• Water damage to products that are not rated for outdoor use.
• Damage from a faulty or non-USB charger, or from modifying the product.
• Normal wear, such as the gradual loss of battery capacity that every rechargeable battery has over time, or scratches on the finish.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@oakandlumen.com with your order number.
2. Describe the problem and include a photo or short video.
3. We reply with the fix: a replacement part, a replacement product, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask for it. If we ask, we cover the shipping.

Battery care

To keep the battery healthy, charge it fully before first use, recharge it before it runs completely flat, and charge it at least every few months if the lamp is stored.
