Payment Policy

This policy explains how payment works on Oak & Lumen, operated by Arc Commerce LLC.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. Depending on your device and location, checkout may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The payment icons at the bottom of every page show the methods currently enabled.

Currency and when you are charged

All prices are in US dollars. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

Sales tax

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Payment checks

Now and then an order is held for a payment verification check. If that happens to your order, we email you.

Questions about a charge

Email support@oakandlumen.com with your order number and we will help.
