Shipping policy

This policy covers every order placed on this store, operated by Arc Commerce LLC.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Delivery time. Orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days of processing plus 6 to 9 business days in transit. The delivery window is shown on every product page and at checkout.

Where orders ship from. Most items ship from our fulfillment partners in China, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 pay a flat $4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as your order ships, and it scans with the carrier.

Multiple items. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
